Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refund rules for Connect Pass subscriptions and one-time add-on services.

1. Automatic renewal

Connect Pass automatically renews for the selected billing period at the same price. Unless canceled before renewal, the next term is charged to the saved payment method.

2. Canceling a subscription

You may stop future renewals at any time from subscription management in Account settings. Cancellation does not end access before the current paid period expires.

3. General refund rule

Subscription payments are generally not prorated after access begins. Refunds remain available when required by law and for verified duplicate charges, Connect Care billing errors, or material service failures.

You may request a refund within seven days after an automatic renewal if you have not used paid messaging features after that renewal.

4. One-time add-ons

Profile and listing promotion starts immediately and is not refundable after activation. Profile-writing assistance may be canceled before work begins. Duplicate charges and technical errors are reviewed separately.

5. Requesting a refund

Submit a request through the Help Center with your account email, charge date, item, and reason. Approved refunds return to the original payment method according to Stripe and card-issuer processing times.

6. Statutory rights

If applicable law provides greater cancellation or refund rights, those rights control.
