Terms of Use

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Connect Care is a matching platform that helps families and caregivers review information and start platform conversations. Connect Care is not a caregiver agency, employer, medical provider, or emergency service.

1. Platform role

Connect Care provides account, listing, profile, search, application, subscription, and messaging tools.

Connect Care does not employ, assign, direct, or supervise caregivers. Families and caregivers decide care terms directly.

2. Subscriptions and messages

Families may browse and post for free. A family subscription is required to send first messages or reply to applicants.

Caregivers may join, create profiles, browse jobs, apply, and reply to subscribed families for free.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the selected billing period until canceled. Users may stop future renewals in Account settings. The Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to payments and cancellations.

3. Contact and address information

Phone numbers, emails, and full street addresses are not automatically revealed. Users may voluntarily share contact details inside platform conversations.

4. No background checks

Connect Care does not currently provide third-party screening. Profiles should not be treated as endorsed, screened, or guaranteed.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connect Care is not responsible for user contracts, employment decisions, payments, taxes, insurance, incidents, injuries, losses, or disputes.

6. Eligibility and account information

Users must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, protect their accounts, and avoid impersonation or false claims. A person listing a care recipient must be authorized to provide that person's information.

7. Employment, taxes, and insurance

Connect Care does not classify every caregiver as an independent contractor. Depending on control and applicable law, a family may be a household employer. Users are responsible for wage, hour, payroll-tax, insurance, workers' compensation, and other legal obligations.

8. Prohibited conduct and user content

Harassment, discrimination, violence, fraud, false information, unlawful requests, privacy violations, and platform abuse are prohibited. Users retain ownership of their content and grant Connect Care a limited license to host, display, moderate, and process it to operate the service.

9. Suspension and termination

Connect Care may restrict content or suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, safety risks, or legal requirements. Users may delete their accounts from Account settings; active subscriptions are canceled during the deletion process.

10. Changes and governing terms

We will provide notice before material changes take effect. Governing-law and venue terms will be completed after the operating entity's formation state and principal business location are confirmed.
